Upgrade to v2.0

I'm officially announcing that the website has upgraded to version 2.0.
There was a huge refactoring on the backend side. Hereafter I summarize the main updates.
- Complete refactoring of the website code on the backend side.
- Ability to reset your password if forgotten.
- Use of mail services to activate account and reset password.
- More topics and categories in the forum section.
- Implement what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) as a text editor in the forum.
