Homepage Upgrade to v3.0.0!

I am very happy to announce that the website has upgraded to version 3.0.0. I know that the new generation Z usually likes to use smartphones instead of a laptop. So I tried to rework the design of the webpage for smaller devices. I used the so-called "responsive" worflow design so that it adapts to many device sizes through media queries. If you find any bugs, please let me know!
