I think I could implement the basic functionalities of the forum (discussions and Q&A). I really hope that this platform will be useful for students.

One of the keypoints that I really wanted to emphasize in this development is anonymity. I know that sometimes it is quite embarrassing to ask questions that we (wrongly) think are useless. However, I do believe that all questions are valuable and should always be encouraged. A question is the foundation of science; by digging in and asking more questions, you will be able to develop very fun ideas, and this is our goal!

Another aspect I wanted to develop is the absence of authority. I strongly believe there is no fixed or absolute right way of doing things. Please remember that I can always be wrong. The forum is based on a democratic system, where the community can upvote an answer or a question that is considered pertinent.

Moreover, having a reward system based on "likes" (inspired by Quora and Facebook) will encourage excellent students to help the community thrive and develop very creative and unexpected ideas.

Anyway, I am looking forward to meeting all of you very soon in the forum!
